No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. If you have relevant medical reports or imaging, bring them along for a more comprehensive assessment.

We offer same-day and next-day appointments in most cases. Urgent cases are prioritized. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone for the fastest scheduling.

Bring any relevant medical reports, X-rays, MRI scans, or doctor’s notes. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For lower body conditions, shorts are recommended.

Initial assessments typically last 45-60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your condition and treatment plan.

We can provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding physiotherapy coverage. Payment is made at the time of service.
